Peking Duck Tacos

1 whole roasted Chinese duck, meat removed from bones and sliced or shredded
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into batons
1/2 bunch spring onions, finely slice
Hoisin sauce, to serve
8 La Banderita Street Tacos
Warm the tacos in a large pan over a medium heat for 1 minute on each side to soften. Keep warm in a tea towel while the remaining tacos are cooked.
To assemble serve duck, cucumber, spring onions and hoisin and tacos in the middle of the table so everyone can help themselves.
