Peking Duck Tacos

  • 1 whole roasted Chinese duck, meat removed from bones and sliced or shredded
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into batons
  • 1/2 bunch spring onions, finely slice
  • Hoisin sauce, to serve
  • 8 La Banderita Street Tacos
  • Warm the tacos in a large pan over a medium heat for 1 minute on each side to soften. Keep warm in a tea towel while the remaining tacos are cooked.
  • To assemble serve duck, cucumber, spring onions and hoisin and tacos in the middle of the table so everyone can help themselves.
